'A statement of my reasons for wanting to study architecture at MSA

Architecture is the idea of belonging, the art of creating human experience, and I am determined to explore and be a part of its limitless possibilities. For me, The Manchester School of Architecture (MSA) is not just a place to study; it is a place to challenge ideas and to go above and beyond what architecture can be. The dual-institution structure between the University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University combines research strength with creative energy, which I believe would give me access to world-class resources and provide me the opportunity for diverse, collaborative learning. Moreover, its strong focus on sustainability, technological innovation, and urban regeneration provides me the perfect environment to develop my skills, my creativity, and contribute to the future of the built environment. The university's location in the city of Manchester, with its magnificent blend of modernity and historical architecture rooted in the city's industrial past, offers a rich learning experience and is the perfect place to grow and find inspiration.
